NYPD is accredited by leading boiler manufacturers. This means we meet strict standards of customer service and specialist knowledge, which in turn means we can secure you far better warranties than you would otherwise get. We pass these on to you at no additional cost.

 

For example, we can offer you a five-year warranty on Glow-worm (up to 15 years available), seven years on Vaillant and up to eight years on Worcester boilers. We’ll also register your new appliance properly with the manufacturer and Gas Safe – it’s all part of NYPD’s attention to detail.

 

Achieving accreditation also brings with it access to elevated technical support. So if there are any issues, we can get immediate answers.

 

Full central heating installation

The same NYPD advice and customer service apply to central heating systems.

 

We’ll make sure you have the correct-sized radiators, quality valves and reliable parts – all chosen to suit your home and your preferences. We’ll also ensure your heating complies with all applicable regulations.

 

Unvented cylinder installation & service

This device will improve your hot water flow rate.

 

We subscribe to the Competent Person Scheme – only a suitably qualified engineer will source, size and install your cylinder. You get a 25-year warranty against anti-perforation and two years against all parts and labour.
